Purpocity Consulting uses a design thinking approach to gain a pulse on business challenges.
When presented with a business challenge (low sales, poor leadership, adoption of a new incentive plan), we meet you where you are and use design thinking to uncover solutions that are proven to work for your business.
Solutions might involve recommendations for training, the development of new processes, or tools to reduce the effort required to accomplish your goals, or we may need to dig a bit deeper into your talent data to understand what’s impacting your ability to achieve those goals and objectives.

So what is PulseRx?
It’s like the initial set of questions your doctor asks when you come to their office . . .
- What are your symptoms?
- What’s not working?
- When did you first notice these symptoms/challenges?
- How long has this been a problem?
Purpocity Consulting partners with you on identifying the source of the problem by asking. . .
- What’s your best guess as to why this problem is showing up now?
- Is there anything else that might be impacting your problem?
We then ask a series of questions about how you arrived at the challenge…
- What did you notice that suggested there was a problem?
- Has the market or environment that you operate in changed to create the problem?
Finally, we ask about your talent and whether they have the skills needed to address your challenge…
- What are your current processes and do they support your talent to overcome the identified challenges?
- Does your current toolset (or number of resources) exist to address your challenge?
Armed with information and data, we move to the next step by developing your StrategyRx (your solution). Some solutions might involve recommendations for training, development of new processes, or tools to reduce the effort required to accomplish your goals.
Others may require digging a bit deeper into your talent data to understand what’s impacting your ability to achieve your goals and objectives and leading to your treatment plan – your StrategyRx!
